- How do I get from Fiumicino (FCO) or Ciampino (CIA) airport to the apartment?
- From Fiumicino take the Leonardo Express train to Roma Termini, then Metro Line A toward Battistini and get off at Valle Aurelia (about 50–60 minutes total). From Ciampino take the bus or train to Termini and then Metro Line A. A taxi from Fiumicino takes around 35–45 minutes. We are happy to suggest the fastest option for your arrival time.
- How far are the apartments from the Vatican Museums, St. Peter’s Basilica and the Sistine Chapel?
- About a 15-minute walk to the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel entrance, and roughly 18–20 minutes on foot to St. Peter’s Square. The Cipro and Ottaviano metro stops, which serve the Vatican, are one or two stops away on Line A.
- How many guests can each apartment accommodate?
- We have three independent units. The Luxury suite (D1) and the Elegant suite (D4) each sleep up to six guests, while the Modern apartment (D2) is ideal for up to four guests. Each unit has private bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi and air conditioning.
- Is the Rome city tax included in the price?
- The City of Rome tourist tax is collected separately, per person per night, for the first nights of the stay as required by local regulations. We will confirm the exact amount before arrival so there are no surprises at check-in.
- Are pets allowed?
- Small pets can be accommodated on request. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can confirm availability for your apartment.
- Which languages does your team speak?
- Our team and automated guest assistant communicate in Italian, English, Spanish, French and German, and we can help in additional languages via translation, so international and Jubilee pilgrims always feel supported.
- Is the apartment suitable for families with children?
- Yes. The apartments are family-friendly, with kitchen facilities and space for children. Cots or extra bedding can be arranged on request, and children under four stay free.
- Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
- Early luggage drop-off and late storage can usually be arranged depending on the cleaning schedule. Contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your travel times.
